Soak up our friendly service and homely charm in the Northumberland market town of Alnwick. The Fleece is a traditional Victorian manor pub dating back to the early 19th Century! Our Grade II listed pub is the perfect place to sit back and relax with your favourite drink in hand.
Our wonderful town is home to great tourist attractions including Alnwick Gardens, the cobbled streets of leading to the archway of Bondgate Tower (the only remaining chunk of the town walls), Bailiffgate Museum & Gallery, and much more! Most notably a stone’s throw away, Alnwick Castle is a must visit… the historic castle has been used as a filming location for Harry Potter and Downton Abbey! It’s even said that a secret tunnel is connected from our cellar to the castle as an escape route…
